1. Acceptance

By using SocialWorld ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SocialWorld is a multiplayer social platform where players can explore a shared world, create and share content, and interact with other players in real time via peer-to-peer networking.

3. Account and Access

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading content to SocialWorld, you grant us and other players a license to display, distribute, and cache that content as needed to operate the Service. You must not upload content that:

Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains malware or exploits
Is illegal, harassing, or hateful
Attempts to circumvent performance budgets or sandbox restrictions

5. Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
Exploit bugs or use cheats to gain unfair advantages
Attempt to bypass trust tier restrictions or moderation
Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other players' connections
Impersonate other players or staff

6. Trust and Moderation

SocialWorld uses a trust tier system (New, Known, Trusted, Veteran) that gates access to features. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Moderation actions include muting, blocking, and account suspension.

7. Virtual Economy

The Service may include a virtual economy with in-game currency. Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to modify the virtual economy at any time.

8. Peer-to-Peer Networking

The Service uses peer-to-peer connections. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your device will communicate directly with other players' devices, and your IP address may be visible to peers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or that the Service will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoidNova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
